if it plays out in full as the head and shoulder pattern to the target of 17c ish which is not that far away now then that last leg of the pattern (C wave) creates the back drop of the next sideways trading range. in QPMs case 27c-17c...lots of volatility in the next range... as I say though its needs the full C wave to confirm this... 17c
