CBA had 10,138,587 shares in Mermaid Marine Australia which equated to 5.54% of the company

CBA sold 975,817 shares in Mermaid Marine.

CBA STILL HOLD JUST UNDER 5% OF MERMAID MARINE AUSTRALIA

When you get under the 5% threshold of owning a company it must be reported to the ASX. So they sold just under 10% of their holdings

In totsl approximately 3,000,000 of a total ownership of 26,300,000 have been SOLD DOWN by 2 holders of Mermaid Marine Australia
