The ability of the Consolidated Entity and Parent to continue as going concerns is dependent upon a number of factors, one being the continuation and availability of funds. To this end, the Consolidated Entity is expecting to seek future funding from the following sources:

• The Board plans to launch a rights issue in the near future to raise around $5 million for this rights issue;

• The Consolidated Entity has the ability to retire part of the remaining convertible loan by way of issuing shares to YA Global Investments LLP. The issue of shares would be dependent on ASX listing rules and may require shareholder
approval;
