    >>yeah - prob cause he had nothing better to spend his whopping massive self serving bonus upon<<

Well put wktswkts. You are bringing up an interesting point.

Holders who studied the annual return will have noticed on pg. 17 the Mighty large MINIMUM bonus that Johann Young will also be receiving in the years ahead.

    MINIMUM for y-e 2010 = $500,000
    MINIMUM for y-e 2011 = $750,000

Hey, what is this - Minimum ? Uncapped ? Not performance related ?

Anyone care to define the term BONUS ?

Is that bonus system really aligned to the interest of shareholders and the share price ?

While the wayout post - sorry, the post by wayout <:)) starting this thread was very good there is a flipside to the performance (and behaviour in public) of the executives.

Just to kick-off with a few.
NPAT forecast not met, poor communication with the market, analyst and shareholders. The option issue earlier this year.

They need to understand this is not a milking cow tied up in the bail for insiders benefit only.
The company is owned by shareholders and they ought to recognise that and act accordingly.

Definitions of bonus on the Web:
A lump sum payment received by an employee, in addition to their base pay, as a result of the employee, team or organization achieving pre-set targets.

    Those targets are?
How can it be a MINIMUM bonus if these unknown targets are not met ?

Ah, the bonus targets WILL be met !
How? Just set the targets after the event ! Too easy.

Having worked in a bonus pay system for decades I am lost at this on.

Come out in the open Mr Young. Make the Bonus targets for you and the bad boy public. It is only reasonable that shareholders know what you are measured on and what to expect.

Perhaps a question to ask by someone going to the AGM.
