A printing job is a combination of laser on time, jump time between vector, and recoating time
Which makes real printing speed much lower than that, additionally, this does not include downtime when you are not printing : ie depowdering the job you have just printed and preparing the machine for the next job, which usually takes some hours
Again, I'm not bashing, but I did not like previous year of full BS about fastest printer in the world and over selling a product only creates deception
It is not physically possible to melt more powder with 4x 1.5KW than 12x 1KW, the amount of melted material is just proportionate to the heat input you provide, that's it, there is no shortcut to physics

Hey Addinvest - they don't state that is laser on only time in the announcement but it might be the case - but looking at the recent video of the large part. Not saying that 12 x 1kw lasers cant go faster than 4 x 1.5 kw. Just saying that after a year of testing the NGX they announced a rate that was slower than the recent Aurora announcement. Could be lots of reasons for that - not just physics.
