Pulpwood Plantations are attempting to push through their meeting etc before anyone else can make a move, and for my 2000 project trees they want 15% on top of the 5.5% GTP will get.

If Gunns come in with an offer that costs me less then by all means. If any one of the dozens of submissions the receivers say they've received includes even lower fees then fine.

Gunns etc know there is a lot of value in the trees and to get anything done will cost more than the 5.5% GTP always stated. BUT, my point is: while it will cost more than 5.5%growers should still be looking for the offer which gives them the best return... and NOT rush into PPPL.

PPPL are going to be the HIGHEST fee. Let's see what everyone else offers, including any independent co-ops.
