An excellent pleading. ISX has identified clear and currently uncontradicted evidence (which can only be contradicted by denials not supported by contemporaneous documents). On my reading ASX is in a world of pain. I can only believe that they are not disclosing this to the market because they are indemnified by an insurer. If so that insurer should be begging for early mediation in my view. Half a bill in damages a very real prospect. DYOR.
