The question of what will happen is down to supply, demand & perception.

Brainchip is not creating more shares to create the ADR’s so the supply of shares is limited.

If Brainchip can induce US institutions to buy ADR’s in volume that increases demand and that should put upward pressure on prices as supply dries up.

Theoretically as there has been no change in the supply the price of shares absent demand for the ADR’s should not be affected however this is where perception comes into play. Investors might react negatively to a failure by institutions to take an interest and buy the ADR’s and that negative sentiment might cause a fall or stagnation in the share price.

The demand for the ADR’s will be revealed over the coming months but keep in mind that all of the other factors are still in play such as potential positive price sensitive announcements, short activity etc;

The market will not stand still for this to play out.
