gpoe i would assume 4 people could not get to vote as all aircraft are not flying due to the weather and that is more likely to be seimut as they tend to come from other towns .if that is the case the other party gives them a pair who does not vote , thus no advantage in this case due to the weather. i don't know why or who from the opposition refused to vote.
Again perhaps you should asking the company what it intends to do if they cant mine uranium. again they must know if they have re submitted their white book answers ,why are they not put this out to the share holders is beyond as surely they have a right to know.
