The last few companies I've worked for I felt the culture was 'limiting'. Don't get me wrong anyone, but I spent 8 years working under asian culture for 3 different international firms - primarily chinese and Taiwanese and the hours were just amazingly long, the internal culture was miserable and the rewards were petty! This job is nothing like that. My direct boss is a surfer... team environment. Very pleased but loads of work to do to improve the obvious revenue base.

DT is great fun Sar and the rewards are unlimited. My fear that the market might correct was my decider. The market currently is down -3 and looking good for a green Monday.
