I have just registered my SMSF (ATO) and used cleardocs to get my trust deed done. Including printing they charged me $187.00
Now i am in the second phase and in this regards i would appreciate if you can give me few tips/guidance:
1. Any website i can go and check bank charges for operating my bank account - SMSF? Understand banks treat them like company and not like individual account.
2. Currently for my personal trading i use commsec, they charge 19.95 per trade, will the same charges apply if i open SMSF account with them? Any ideas of cheaper broker sites?
3. Currently i have some shares in my personal trading account, which i would like to transfer to my SMSF and read some where i can transfer it. What is the procedure and will i have to sell and buy the shares and pay brokerage?
