I said after the last Webinar that the jury was out on Marc as he was only new and he needed some time to hit the ground. Even before todays Webinar, I have been noticing how professional FRX was becoming through things like the quality of it's half year report and the way it deals with ASX announcement. Most small cap companies on the ASX use any opportunity to pump themselves to the market, but FRX has been acting more like one of the big boys that just need the revenue numbers to catch up to their professionalism.

I think after todays Webinar, I am very comfortable with Marc as CEO. A number of the comments he made today about focusing on small things over the quarter to transform the company into a "best practice" focused organisation are evident. He is building the back office organisation so it has the capacity to deal with the volumes that are targeted to come. And he has made a lot of those changes quickly.

I am very happy with Marc and the direction he is going. It sounds like we might hear about more deals over the next quarter (which will be great), but very happy with where he is at.

The t shirt in the webinar still sh**s me , but the content he is delivering is very much impressing me.
