Don't you mean non binding negotiations?

Indonesian information memorandums,memorandums of understanding, heads of
agreements bla bla bla are non binding negotiations. They are not deals.
Kos will tell anyone who puts him on the spot that the Maddingly coal mine
is the fall back resource if they can't secure Latrobe Valley coal.
Who has interests in Maddingly ?
Ask the Callejas Bros or your mate Adam's dad. in the top 10.
While Kos seems to be out of control trying to look good, the green
movement are about to challenge the constitution with regards to major
environmental destroying capital works.
Their 3 tiered challenge case is a Queensland coal mine.It was on ABC

Ruperts post was moderated for insider trading for what looked like an
up-ramp.
Someone didn't want the tree shaking to stop by the looks of things
Doesn't Tincom deal have more to do with Podium energy and Danny Mills than
Supa Kos.
The only negotiations even CLOSE to a deal were they the brainchild of Kos?.

Meanwhile the CEO has been travelling around the world door knocking in USA
and India to hopefully start more Coldry negotiations.
Why ? Rupe mentioned something about egos, Whats that all about? This is
looking messy again.Every time new negotiations come along, old negotiations
seem like they are no longer progressing.
If the tincom negotiations are really moving forward, who would be
interested in doing a deal with a company when tincom ,at this next stage of
it's negotiations, will fund a $3m feasibility study ? Is that why rupes'
ramp was quickly pulled as insider trading ?
He must know something or otherwise it would have been pulled as just
another ramp.

Surely any other company interested in Coldry would sit on their hands until
Tincom derisk it for them ?
So why all the globe trotting without any announcement of outcomes?
MarcmarKos, companies that announce negotiations as deals look highly
suspicious as time goes by.
You say 1 yr has gone by and we need more time to embrace the CEO's vision?
Is Kos really qualified to be anything more than a sales assistant ?
Does he have any legal background ?
