IMO this is a bit of a dramatic statement and does not at all reflect the position AVZ is at.

Be thankful that the new DRC Govt is undertaking their responsibilities with diligence and will be beyond reproach in decisions made for the sake of being able to gain the confidence of world powers for future dealings and trade for these critical minerals the DRC is endowed with and the world needs vast quantities of.

So there are many Fundamentals if you look deep enough.......and these Fundamentals are Building Blocks........being added to the previous layer as and when they meet the rigorous steps of the DRC Govt Approval Processes.
