I'd go for one of the 10000 devices already installed by experienced producers. I'd look to a simple ventricle assist system without taking on an intrusive traumatising 8hr operation product.

Nah if I was dying I'd struggle out of that bed rather than face the greedy commercialised attempt to pull $100000 per head off patients in their dying days.
