I hold LEP and am voting against the scheme. I consider their finances and prospects positive and think a better offer could be possible eventually (not in the short term). Seeing that CLW and Hostplus would own 50% of LEP each, it seems that accepting an offer of CLW securities will not expose me to the assets to the extent I already enjoy.
Having said that, I also hold CLW, so if the scheme goes ahead anyway, I will accept more CLW securities.
Some exposure is better than no exposure.
