Good dart , Sinbin.
Bulls Eye!!!!
Echoes my thoughts from an earlier post .
Bit like having a lawn mower with a good motor , without fuel .Gotta have the fuel and the spark to get the lawn cut !!!!.
Avoca , Catalpa etc have been mentioned --its a fact of life that emerging Projects cost money to get out of the ground , and once the financing is "settled" , then the share price accelerates .
If gold share holders seriously have taken positions in gold stocks for capital appreciation , then they :
> don't want to be held ransom to hedging
> want near term production Projects with short term payback time
> want aggressive exploration and exploration upside
> don't want to be scratching round for funding , if general market take a hit , and gold decouples from general markets and the dollar .
IGR is 50kms from Kalgoorlie , has almost ticked all the boxes on infrastructure and pre development , is right smack bang in the middle of an aggressive takeover battle area --and its quietly going about its own business on a two hand basis -one hand getting production going , other hand aggressively exploring for more resources to add to the mine life .
We can kick the lawn mower / bin/ car boot / whatever all we like ---but shares issued now , will be better than becoming beholding to banks or other financiers .
A while since we heard the expression Rats with Gold Teeth --don't want to see our future in their hands , any more than is absolutely essential.
JMHO
Cheers
