dont agree with you that pilot plant testing will take years to perfect.
re how long plant to get built etc etc...see pic as guide
if you looking at AZL's (HWK) own investor presentation in may these are estimate dates(take into account that at the time we expected BLM approval but then automatic pause re any permit as biden came in and then BLM extended periods to file for objection to drilling a few times.
but this was timeframes from may...so assumption was if drilling permits approved mid year pilot plant would be up and running by year end &deals with offtake partners next year as well as resource upgrade.
