would you invest in AJM or one of the multitude of other lithium plays available.
Hopefully the "matters outside the Company’s control", do not include a withdrawal of funding by one or more of the investors.
Anyway, the situation can't get any worse than it has been for the last 12 months, so hopefully the BOD can manage to resurrect the company.
