Bull case is $3.00 by end of Calendar 2022.
I can definitely see this being a $6 stock in the next 5-10. $10 seems too much given they will continue to capital raise opposed to taking debt.
Unlikely they will ever pay a dividend.
That being said, i would very much like a $15 stock and a 2% FF dividend!
