Very clever by LTR.
This tenement overpegs a tenement which is subject to forfeiture for underpayment on compulsory expenditure. No one else has overpegged so it it gets forfeited LTR get it. It looks like they might be interested in a big blob of granite in the south west corner for pegmatites.
