This is a curate's egg - good in parts. Clearly not what I or most of us were hoping for - especially the significant delay to Platform Lot 3 - clearly a cap raise is needed now - I hope existing SH's get to participate.
Nothing suggests to me this is a bust - technical issues need to be worked on and resolved.
IMEC is happy to take payment in arrears as a capped percentage of royalties - basically they are putting "Sweat Equity" into the technology. You don't do that if you think the technology is going to end up in the bin. You do it when you see the thing is going to smash it.
