Just a had a chance to glance through (mistake interpretation abound), some noteworthy points:

Today's announcement:

Improvement in the Company’s test capability has shown
that while endurance of these improved cells remains several orders of magnitude better than NAND endurance, it
has potentially degraded when compared to the Second Non-Platform Lot performance reported in a Company
announcement on 1 February 2021. Part of this degradation may be caused by test related issues resulting from
testing the memory cell without an access device.

4DS expects that the results from the Third Platform Lots will resolve the ambiguity of the endurance test results todate

Back in 2016 article

In NAND Flash memory today, Single Level Cells (SLC) can be switched
approximately 100,000 times before failure, even though Flash vendors
often limit the number of cycles to just 1,000 to prevent data loss.
Therefore, we believe that 4DS will be able to achieve similar if not better
endurance levels with its IS ReRAM cells, given that Interface Switching is
a more durable technology. The 10,000+ cycles put IS ReRAM well within
the realm of commercial applicability.

I never paid attention to endurance, but given this, 4ds exceeds/achieved its goal, and the "degradation" is more of a "test vehicle issue" am i right? Which they are going to resolve to test it now with the

then follow by alot of IMEC 4ds to and fro...to this below:

Performing this memory stack etch optimization will result in a three month delay of our time line.
so the actual delay is 3 months.

IMEC collaboration detail is first time made public am i right? 8% income from royalty but capped at 5m now it has been amended. so this means a base profit of 160million from licensing? which means this company p.e. adjusted market cap = ?? (somebody work this out but i think billions?)

And a buyout now is unlikely, given "licensing" is the talk now. which i don't really mind.

potential for a CR, not like it will be huge. but given the drop of share price now, it will be huge, self fulfilling prophecy. thank you for selling and shooting yourself in the foot at the same time.

So this is going to be long hold but this tech is edging closer to broader application. i guess a lot of "fed-up sell now" but me think this is a great buy today.
