I think the trajectory of the current 2021 SP capitulation will eventually look something like the 2018 SP capitulation : floor price 4 - 5 cents.

Cap raise sometime in Dec'21 or Jan'22 would be my guess as 4DS has historically initiated a CR when cash approaches ($2.2m - $2.5m). Yellow cells in the below table include CR funds...



NASDAQ is still sky high & there's likely to be some big falls in 2022 along with the Dow. Who knows, we might see 4DS below $0.04 cents at some stage next year. I suspect there won't be any SP miracles in the next few months.

Unfortunately, today's long-awaited 4DS technical update turned out to be shizen houzen.
