    not a director. not desperate. why would I be desperate I do not hold MCT stock. if your logic is right I should be happy to get MCT stock. If I lent money to NME then guess who becomes liable if TO succeeds? MCT has to pay out the loan, they as successors would have to pay..My god you guys are so so .......
