Just one final response to you just to clarify. The thing is you see those patients on the trial as 'poor sods'. From where I come from, I see them as lucky buggers. Does that mean I am making fun or demeaning them? No. Just a matter of perspective. Like I said in my earlier post, many would wish they had this chance before they passed away. And I am sure many current patients would wish they qualify for this trial because many will miss out. So in view of that, those very few lucky ones who get selected for this trial, they are not poor sods. They now got a shot of getting healed. They will take that any day than those real poor sods who had no such chance.
