the sad thing is the average salary is allot less. I have been looking for a right new job for the last couple of months.
i have seen jobs advertised for $14/hr that last year would have been $20/h. The rates of pay for allot of jobs have come down. it's a joke they might have paid someone last week 20 but they will hire someone at 14 once they left
