You've probably noticed CHM agents are intensifying their silly propaganda here trying to scare MMX holders LOL,,,LOL

If you still hold MMX then think about this question. Why did MMX opt to settle the K&E case but decided to go ahead with this case? I rest my case LOL,,,LOL

CHM agents are going to tell you oh you need 2 parties in order to have a settlement and so on but as I understand there was no offer even close to a million to settle the case.

MMX management probably saw no need for that cuz they are confident MMX is going to win.

All that nonsense about the percentage of MMX asset CHM is going to end up with is nothing but a sweet dream and wishful thinking on the part of CHM holders and agents LOL,,,LOL

If indeed CHM ends up with anything at all its going to be their so called $500,000 and the interest that's all. As I understand even that is pretty unlikely.

My Ex gf is pretty certain about the result of this case and so is my sweet new gf the proud owner of those gorgeous green eyes LOL,,,,LOL

Perhaps a bit of extra selling cuz of apprehension due to case ending in court but most of the recent decline in MMX SP is cuz of general market condition.

We all know Sept_Oct are lousiest months for Stock market.
