Hey Team MMX

Ready for Week 2 of 4 of the court case?

Here is my theory onthe MMX share price......its going to fall below $1 before the case is over anyway...and a good win to CHM...yeah I would have to agree I see MMX falling below 50c.

In saying that though...I do believe MMX management are sound and the company will rebound so in a way...if you have money to buy more if the MMX price suffers...its a good time to reap the benefits of the court case and other factors affecting the MMX share price.

Its not nice I know for you guys....seems not fair at all but thats life in the world of money...we have all tasted that ripped off feeling. I have had it heaps...the most recent in Jan 2008 with MFS lost a couple of hundred thousand from it entering a trading halt...suspension...then dis-appearing into the ether somewhere never to be seen again.

MMX is a good company in a bad situation.

We have to be balanced in viewing the situation as there is enough of a case to warrant 4 weeks of a australian governments federal court time or it would have been thrown away and labelled unjustified.

Barnes and Grimaldi need a great big kick up the butt for their shady stuff but I suppose they are getting it now...I really do hope they end up poor and learn to do things on the straight and narrow.

MMX...I dont know if back then they we're "in the know" as to the tenements that Grimaldi brought across but it will come out in court and we will know in a few weeks the finer details of exactly what happened and how the judge see's things.
