From RavingStark's post sounds like they're purchasing a new paste plant. Could be as you pointed out they had a near miss with the last one encountering water. More likely it just hastened signoff on the purchase that They've had planned. I believe you commented on that ages ago. However my memory is about as good as yours in quoting suff from luminaries.
