That's right .. they are not even looking like drilling theToenda oil prospect and its been 3-4 months since the last JV CSG drilling. Seems more like a "holding company" .. holding ESG assets for a while untilthey can be bought back. As some of us here postulated a while back OIP's leases are very attractive both in prospectivity and location .. so someone is likley to eye them off as you say .. perhaps an offer had been received and ESG is manoevouring to get thme before someone else does.
