No, it isn't occurring at the moment, as that particular resolution didn't reach a majority.
If however you are referring to a separate process than today's AGM and the results of voting, then 'watch this space' as Mr Solomon Lew IIRC has a copy of the shareholders' register.
So far I've not read anything tonight in the media from Mr Lew, but given past history it's unlikely he'll stay silent, especially given that the Chairman today repeated her assertion that MYR's Board remains open to further discussions but has not as yet reached agreement. In tennis parlance, the ball's in Mr Lew's court.
The financial media find this fascinating so we're unlikely to have heard the last Act in this saga.
