Honestly mate, I do not think too many people realise what it is SI's do and why they are classified as SI's.

All this absolute wishful thinking and nonesense (coming from TL) that the SI's are more likely to hold than shareholders.....is absolute garbage!! If anything, it is the other way around.

Also, TL sited that if he were to offer retail investors or previous holders the opportunity in a 1c placement, he would risk the holders selling down to fund their pruchases.

And what would the SI's do hmmmm?

Anyway, it is common sense. If I were to offer 'Joe Blow' a guaranteed minimum return of 40% on his money today or 'the possibility' of >< 40% tomorrow.....I think I know which one he would take.

Yes, yes, yes, EXM is a 'bottom draw stock'.....but stocks often only find their way to the bottom draw because they have performed so dismally and it is a diplomatic way of saying, "I think I should just try and forget about this one'.

SI's get top draw opportunites and I could almost guarantee that the 265,000,000 shares at 1c are no longer in SI's hands. And......the other 765,000,000 will be dripped into the market over the coming few months when they are released to smooth out and largely negate any upward movement stimulated by positive developments.

SI's are opportunists mostly....this bunkem about them locking away 10 million for over a year whilst a zillion other opportunities await elsewhere, is just that.

The SI's will and have taken their money and bolted.
