Realistically, what we are looking at with TEX is the Kevin Costner (KC) theory - "Build it and they will come". Now I am no expert on the KC theory, however from what I have seen if we can get Ray Liotta (RL) sized production levels from Snapper 3 then the share price will head north, we all know RL is big and we would all be happy with results that size, However the KC "build it and they will come" theory also incorporates possible production level at the size of Rosie O'donnel (RO). now we all know RO sized production levels would be massive with the potential of TEX reaching 40c SP. The worst outcome would be Ally Mc'beal (AM) sized production...this would send the SP tumbling south with the possibility of slumping to 1C. In summary, we are all hoping for RO and preying we don't end up with AM.
