EV and battery thread, page-2394

This morning I stumbled on The Guardian's story about the Toyota bZ4X and wondered if there'd been any discussion here, given Toyota's investment in Orocobre. I see you were onto it.

Subaru is also involved because the two companies have a partnership on EVs. Subaru will be announcing its own version of the car next year. I look forward to buying one someday. I like that Toyota is putting solar panels on the roof, which should help charge the batteries enough to get out of trouble.
