lol - here is a flash of my resume
in government departments... yes all of them that I worked in - ALL meeting are to have agenda AND minutes are required for distribution prior to next meeting or within a week after meeting. they are ALL uploaded to an internal document library to be kept - transferred to archives for 99 years from memory.
hand written notes - zero chance it would stay hand written, I've even had entire two hour meetings dictated word by word.
so yeah - that's government; financial services - get audited on communications with clients, they have to be on point as well.
