That is a very good question - I think PNN is listed as an unsecured creditor for Eagle Gold.
So it looks like it is up to the legal types to see how this all pans out.
If we are real unlucky all the JVs are off, PNN looses it
investment and the exploration tenements end up being owned by Bluecrest Mercantile (unlisted).
