The company is run by the Board. The board lost confidence in PB. There must have been a serious unresolvable issue for it to have come to this, but in such a situation, a Board of Directors will always have its way. Regrettable, but an opportunity as well. Telling will be the resume of whomever is ultimately recruited to the job. The right candidate could restore much of the confidence that has been eroded over the past year.
