    What are your guys thoughts on the following?

    1. Capital Raise to progress Frugl Grocery and InFocus Analytics

    or

    2. All Scrip Deal - Significant acquisition of a player in the Retail IT Analytics space (Which would also include new board members)

    I am merely speculating, but I would go with Option 2 if a deal was announced.

    It seems they have done their dash on the current business and should be looking at a company maker acquisition with fresh management to come on board to drive growth.
