Seems to me there's plenty on the geo-political horizon, let alone economically, that could lead to turbulent times in the year(s) ahead. For the Big Fella to get us all cashed up and ready to roll with the ability to develop manufacturing capacity as required and thus achieve production/sales/revenue targets as forecast is another masterstroke of strategy that de-risks the business model even further.

And as I've said before, (though suspect you would know far more about it than me}, I would imagine it was also vital to have the funding in place to meet NASDAQ listing criteria, and to ensure the success of the listing with the wider investment community by providing the confidence and surety that we had the financial muscle to execute the business plan upon which the listing was based.

To my mind that is why the raising was done now and not later. The interest was there, the money was on the table, it was incumbent on management to strike while the iron was hot. Never look a gift horse in the mouth. Talking the talk and not being able to walk the walk is a lesson well-learned. Having $50 million in the kick goes a long way to ensuring they will not make the same mistake again. Not to mention it also ensures we remain debt-free.

Last but by no means least, now more so than ever, the company operates from a greatly increased position of strength, particularly at the negotiating table when dealing with the other Big Pharma who want the RTFS.
