No on the contrary I would be nervous if they were buying because it would be a signal that they did not have 15 super secret EAP customers all at various stages of adoption and commercial engagement. Selling shares knowing positive insider information is not a concern and can pass the ASX rules for an exception. However buying with the same knowledge does not wash. Knowledge of the insider trading laws is a great comfort to an investor. oh come on man, surely that’s got to be the worst answer you could give? It’s always a typical HC answer when directors don’t buy, such a pass off. First part of the question was when was the last time they bought on market? Investors have been comforted for such a long time. Brainchip in the longest negotiations in the history of negotiations lol. I almost could have typed your reply to the second question myself, as when I wrote it I was hoping for more effort, not the stock standard I don’t know an informal offer hasn’t happened.
