I do feel chm has a case as well, for as you say it would not made it to court.


However, I feel honestly the odds of chm winning are slim. It obviously depends on the nitty grity of the terms of agreement of the $ exchanged. If I borrow $ it is then my money. If I make money from it I do not need to share it with the bank/persons I lent the $ from. Unless in the terms of agreement. All I see is someone who is very upset someone made big money from a SMALL amount of their money.

I think you maybe shorting this stock - it will drop but not below 1.20 in my opinion. The shorters will be playing a risky ballgame if they prsume it will go further imho.
