I have been holding the stock since the IBM announcement, participated in all of the credit raises since then and yet I got scaled back massively recently. I kept holding the stock when it dipped to 30c after the previous credit raise on 60c (50% loss!) and now I have to wait for my gigantic refund that they'll send via post. Loyalty was not a factor here, time of the SPP application was more like it.
