no need to take $50m at the 85 cents mark for cash requirements out 18 months. Take 10 to 15m now and the rest next year at a much higher price. Less dilutive to all long term holders who have stood by the company.
can't think of many other companies who would dilute long term holders down with a large raising at a discount of over 50% to market (if rumours over the last few days prove correct)
existing share holders may miss-out on cr, page-35
