I take notes everytime I answer the phone. Not for any legal reasons. Just to remember who the hell I just spoke to and what about as I know I will be disrupted as soon as I hang the phone up. Suspension of companies is something that occours only 1 or 2 times a month for ASX and if is not made correctly can lead to litigation and you are arguing that its ok that ASX did not take notes?
Can't believe this is a topic you are hanging your hat on. Common sense goes against you here. Surely you must agree that with the information we have that it does "seem" deficient in this case.
