1. Attention : Drs. Wilbert van den Hoek - You mentioned that "4DS Memory had made significant and industry recognisable progress", With that being said, how do you explain the recent price action sending the share price down the tubes?
2. Attention : Drs. Wilbert van den Hoek - Have the results from the Second Platform Lot and Third Non-Platform made 4DS commercial ready?
3. Attention : Drs. Wilbert van den Hoek / Dr Guido Arnout - What was the outcome of the Western Digital initiated meeting with 4DS?
4. Attention : Drs. Wilbert van den Hoek - Who is currently fulfilling the activities run by the former CTO and what are the reasons for Sheshubabu Desu leaving 4DS Memory after 9 years of service.
5. Attention : Drs. Wilbert van den Hoek - Why have the following statement "As there is no established market for Storage Class Memory" when you have today Intel actively commercially marketing Intel Optane Memory as Storage Class Memory for Data Center Storage?
6. Attention : Drs. Wilbert van den Hoek / Dr Guido Arnout - Do you know exactly what changes and process optimisations are required to successfully achieve the technical outcomes in platform lot 3, and what technical outcomes is 4DS trying to achieve that makes it's technology commercial ready? Shareholders need clarity.
7. Attention : Drs. Wilbert van den Hoek / Dr Guido Arnout – Can 4DS confirm that the Third Non-Platform Lot wafers to be the last of the non-platform wafers.
8. Attention : Drs. Wilbert van den Hoek / Dr Guido Arnout – 4DS when compared with other technology stocks listed on the ASX have not promoted the benefits of its technology through industry media outlets. Why has 4DS taken this ultra-silent approach and how does this approach benefit shareholders?
9. Attention : Drs. Wilbert van den Hoek / Dr Guido Arnout – From a shareholder’s perspective, 4DS continually present announcements on the ASX with little to no information which makes it impossible to determine what actual progress is being made. The ultra-vague Technical Announcements appear to be written to confuse shareholders. What will 4DS do to improve its communication to ensure that both market and shareholders are accurately informed?
10. Attention : Drs. Wilbert van den Hoek / Dr Guido Arnout – 4DS mentioned with the second platform lot it demonstrated scalability of its memory cell to the smallest cell geometries on imec’s memory platform. Surely 4DS without breaching the NDA can advise the market that it has achieved sub <28nm, sub <14nm or sub <10nm. This piece of information is critical for shareholders and the wider market to understand the value of the technology at hand and do not understand why 4DS who champions being vague would not vaguely attribute figures without breaching the NDA.
11. Attention : Drs. Wilbert van den Hoek / Dr Guido Arnout – 4DS mentioned it has boosted read speed by an order of one magnitude. This sounds great when 4DS pre-boost in read speed had already exceeded read speed for storage class memory requirements. However how can shareholders and the market value this statement without 4DS providing value’s attributed to Storage Class Memory read speed requirements? Again information can be provided without breaching the NDA.
12. Attention : Drs. Wilbert van den Hoek / Dr Guido Arnout – Do 4DS care about the share price? If not, why and if yes what is 4DS actively doing today to restore market and shareholder confidence after breaching the 2021 commitment to deliver a commercial transaction and/or megabit chip?
13. Attention : Drs. Wilbert van den Hoek / Dr Guido Arnout – What is Western Digital scope in the Joint Development Agreement and what material benefits does it provide 4DS and Shareholders?
14. Attention : Drs. Wilbert van den Hoek / Dr Guido Arnout - What is preventing Western Digital from making a commercial transaction with 4DS today?
15. Attention : Drs. Wilbert van den Hoek / Dr Guido Arnout - 4DS mentioned that it continuous to improve its test capability. As a Shareholder I fail to understand why this is the case and why we are not leveraging Western Digital or imec's test capabilities to extract additional information from the Third Non Platform Lot on endurance of its memory cell. Why try improve internal test capabilities while you have partners that already have these capabilities.
16. Attention : Drs. Wilbert van den Hoek / Dr Guido Arnout - 4DS mentioned that it identified a potential modest degradation of endurance with the one order of magnitude boost in read speed. Company test capability has shown that endurance of these improved cells remain to be several orders of magnitude better than NAND, however 4DS appear to display that this is not good enough. As a shareholder I would like to understand why is not good enough and how many orders of magnitude does it need to be better then NAND to be acceptable?
17. Attention : Drs. Wilbert van den Hoek / Dr Guido Arnout - Can 4DS today challenge Intel Optane Technology and commercially market its technology with current metrics?
18. Attention : Drs. Wilbert van den Hoek / Dr Guido Arnout - Now that timeline have been pushed out, what assurances can 4DS give shareholders that we are actually ticking the boxes that lead to a commercial ready megabit chip? Development can continue forever but shareholders want a clear time frame as to when 4DS with accuracy expect to wrap this up.
19. Attention : Drs. Wilbert van den Hoek / Dr Guido Arnout - Word on the street is that we are in for another Capital Raise. Will the BOD take part in the CR and will 4DS be seeking a premium value that represents the sales pool bonus. If not, how would you convince shareholders to see 4DS being a valued investment when 4DS itself does not. biteme
20. Attention : Drs. Wilbert van den Hoek / Dr Guido Arnout - Can you please confirm that in the period of the suspension, imec wanted to discontinue the collaboration agreement and 4DS had to give them increased fees and a royalty to obtain their further support?@dim81 @johntie

Wilbert van den Hoek / Dr Guido Arnout - A director at last year's AGM made statements to many shareholders present that 4ds tech is sellable right now and that in fact 4ds had much unsolicited interest (indicating interest in acquiring the tech). Is this statement supported by yourselves? Would minutes of board minutes and company records support this? If not, why not, and what will you do to address this commentary.@Jockthegreat

Wilbert van den Hoek / Dr Guido Arnout - 4DS Directors selling while breaching its commitment to deliver the 2021 commercial transaction and/or megabit chip presents 4DS as a failed investment. What is 4DS doing today to restore shareholder confidence and why have the Directors not being buying in on market?
