...looks like they pulled the finger out on maintenance of existing deployment as well as this programme.
....it's a pity they didn't trial something better than SLAs, like ZBMs, or hybrid(?...details) deployments like the Optus effort - based on this article they still have ($37M - $11.4M) = $25.6M left to spend on disaster resilience but an article linked in this article mentions other spends like portable rapidly deployable units, sat links etc as well... Telstra, it's how we re-elect.
