    its gonna be pretty tough to lower liquidity through tightening holds on the stock when theres 1,300,000,000 shares on offer.

    Thats why its got so far it can go up - its done so poorly because they've always continually diluted so much, but keep your eye on any top 10 holders changes etc. if they finally release a new one.
