'Israel-based RRAM developer Weebit Nano announced that it completed the design and the tape-out of its first embedded RRAM module.
This integrated test-chip will be used as the final platform for testing and qualification, ahead of customer production.


SoC / NoC......not a serepate network but the network on the chip

'Weebit says that it has used its patent-pending analog and digital smart circuitry to significantly enhance the array's technical parameters, including speed, retention and endurance.
The test chip comprises a full sub-system in which the module is embedded, enabling potential customers to use it as a development and prototyping platform for new products such as low-energy IoT devices.

Weebit expects to have its first silicon samples of the embedded ReRAM module towards the end of this year, and plans to demonstrate the module and report functional testing results in the first quarter of 2022.
Qualification of the module is expected by mid-2022.

I was hoping it would be 2021....oh well - the demonstrated sub system will drive the SP and drive customer demand levels imo - the 'hire' is the network engineers needed to design the internal system interconnect for the SoC to work with the IP blocks as per customer design request ....as I understand it only
