I think wbt ( only my view flight11) will run a hire of system NoC engineers to run these initial interconnect NoC designs based on customer orders.....they are highly sought after now and there is a real hole in the market on such hires....there are very few of these engineers, pretty sure the customer won't have one based on this imo....it would be a speed hump in the customer / manufacturer negotiations that would need to be overcome. ( as wbt you wouldn't want a fail prototype on the customers side with your SoC ...hard to recover from that i think ? yeah ?)
Once the demonstration of the sub system register is done and dusted and the customers come knocking.....these guys will be crucial in the process - makes sense wbt would hire to cover this speed hump going forward and smooth the customer negotiation prototype development.....
could be completely wrong here flight11, so just pulling the veil saying this is definitely a possibility imo...it will be a flood of orders imo once the market sees the potential opportunity of the back of what wbt are bringing to market.
